Went during my lunch. When I checked in online there was no wait. When I went in I waited 5 minutes while they finished cutting other people’s hair. Once they finished and I was next I had to wait another 15 minutes while all the hair stylist took a break. Due to the delay I wasn’t able to get my hair cut. I’m Not a very problematic person but when I have a time limit and these workers aren’t cutting anyone’s hair for more than 10 minutes then I’m going to have some criticism. I went at 10:45am. It wasn’t busy and they’ve only been open for less than 2 hours and they had plenty of staff.

The turnaround in this establishment is ridiculous. I want a haircut, but I don't want you to talk my ear off. Most stylists will tell me their life stories, while I sit and close my eyes. I'm sure a 10 year old would get the hint, but most of the girls in there seem to be uneducated.

They're super stuck up/rude/ in a bad mood don't like each other or maybe people in general. Their cuts are mediocre
