Denise Did an Amazing job on my Son . I would Recommend Denise to anyone that is needing a Good Hair Cut . Denise Took Her Time and didn't rush to make sure that the Hair Cut was Excellent and Really Good . I am A Picky Person when it comes to hair cuts and she would Get 110 % From Myself . I live in Michigan Mainly but Visit A lot in Rodgers because my Son Lives down there . ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU .

Experience today at Sport Clips at Pinnacle Hills was awful. My son and I have been coming to this location for years with no issue. However, today was a different story. The stylist absolutely butchered my son's haircut today. I made a huge mistake trusting that I have been there tons of times that they knew his style from the info in system (been there for years and the stylist didn't have any info on my son - can't believe she didn't come and ask the parent and I made huge mistake of not going with him to ensure the style would be the same). I would think if the stylist is going to basically cut all his hair off and is so completely different than his existing style that she would stop and ask the parent before moving on. Ridiculous. I learned a tough lesson today (don't assume anything).
